Here is a description of what you should do: Slide both monitor rods over the top part profile where it would connect with the other part. Slide two brackets per rod and fasten them with the black turn thingy. Build the whole frame like normal. The monitor rods have notches, this is where it will lean on your support bar. The reason for this is to keep the television in line with your frame. The notches will be placed to the back and the brackets to the front because you need to mount the television on them. Yes, you must cut the fabric of your banner. Put the front banner in the frame, remember corners first. Make sure the rods are in the correct place by sliding and secure them with the black turn thingies. Place the brackets on the correct hight of the holes of your television. Cut the fabric, also for the cord, place the bolts of the television through, fasten them with a wingnut. Put the back banner in and enjoy your ‘floating’ television!
