This is André, our founder and CEO. He has a creative and innovative mind and is always coming up with new products and ideas to make our customers happy. He is a true out-of-the-(light)box thinker and says exactly what he thinks. With 50 years of experience, he can come up with a solution to almost any challenge our clients run into. If you want the best possible exposure for your brand, André is your go-to guy! André also likes to give back to the community as a dedicated board member of Denksport Centrum Leiden and Vlietpark recreation park, where he contributes his knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and bridge, loves to cook, and above all, spending time with his granddaughter Roos. Family, good food and enjoying life are what make André happiest.
Anita’s visionary leadership has turned ideas into reality. She takes care of the finances and is our “queen of numbers” and overall driving force. With her warm leadership, she has guided us through triumphs and challenges. For 50 years, Anita has been an indispensable part of the company and has helped shape Matrix Frame into what it is today. Her dedication, commitment and eye for quality have been the foundation of our success. Her involvement with Rotary Club Leiden, including their biggest project, the Rotary Santa Run Leiden, reflects her strong sense of community and her kind heart. Outside of work, Anita enjoys spending time in the sun and playing golf. Above all, she loves spending time with her granddaughter Roos, which is something she truly treasures. Family, friends, and travelling are what make Anita happiest.
One of the most versatile people we have ever met! Taking care of all kinds of matters we come across, Yentl knows absolutely everything there is to know behind the scenes of Matrix Frame and Mobile Light Box. Her colleagues have affectionately nicknamed her “Captain Crisis” and “Chaos Coordinator”, and she somehow always manages to keep everything moving! She makes sure that Matrix Frame is not only a thriving company but also a family! She loves reading, playing games and, of course, escape rooms, which remain her absolute favourite. Yentl is also a steady presence in several local charitable organisations and runs her own company, YA! The Project Organisation. And if that is not enough, she is the proud mother of our favourite little office celebrity, Roos.

He has been a valued member of the Matrix Frame family for several years, and his contributions have been instrumental to our success. With his big smile and easy-going personality Rick brings a lot of positivity into the company! He will gladly demonstrate our products to convince you of their added value to your branding!
Meet Jytte, our freelance force keeping the mailboxes organized. As an independent virtual assistant (not on the payroll, but very much part of the extended family) Jytte remotely pops in to oversee the orders running smoothly, from the moment it’s placed until it’s invoiced. We can also count on her expertise with various other projects. Through her own business, Jytte VA, she brings that same hands-on, organized support to several other entrepreneurs and foundations, and she also works as an assistant in the funeral industry, a role that says a lot about her care and versatility. She loves to be curled up with a book, strategizing over a board game, swimming in the sea rain or shine, or out wandering the dunes.
Our Warehouse Specialist regarding Mobile Light Box is Twan de Loyer.
He makes sure all your orders are being processed, safely packed, and swiftly shipped. And he does this with the utmost care. He makes sure everything is labelled and counted! He is our overall handy guy and if we need to build up our exhibition stand at a show or a frame at the local flowershop he is always at our side!
The only downside is, he also has another job and only works two days a week with us.
Joeri is our sales and warehouse allrounder. He is often the one on the phone for Mobile Light Box or Matrix Frame. Helping you figure out what you need, working out the right sizes and accessories, and putting together a quotation. He also pitches in on-site at customers, trade shows or in the warehouse. His background in hospitality and event organization taught him how to make a brand stand out and a message land, skills he uses every day at the company. Outside work, Joeri is usually somewhere in the air or on the water: flying his drone, or land boarding with a kite on the beach. He loves spending time with his girlfriend, enjoying good food paired with a nice drink.
Based in Madrid, Ricardo is our Spanish sales representative. He enjoys advising customers in Spain and introducing them to the possibilities of Matrix Frame and Mobile Light Box. With an Executive MBA and extensive experience as a senior manager in revenue generation, new business and operations, Ricardo brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. His strong background in retail and visual communication, combined with his committed and helpful attitude, makes him a great partner for our customers. Outside of work, Ricardo loves reading, listening to music, and spending time with his son and daughter whenever the opportunity arises. He is always up for family get-togethers, a visit to Cádiz, some moderate exercise and, of course, good food and great company.
Yentl’s partner Daaf, is a familiar face within the Matrix Frame family. He is not officially on the payroll, but he is very much part of the team. He genuinely loves our products and enjoys supporting the family business wherever he can. Daaf is a natural networker who loves meeting new people, making connections and telling them about Matrix Frame and Mobile Light Box. Whether it is at an event, over a cup of coffee or somewhere in the streets of Leiden, he is always happy to have a chat, introduce people to what we do or build up a frame on location. Outside of Matrix Frame, Daaf is a proud dad to Roos and a true Leiden enthusiast. He loves being on a boat. Ask him about the Leiden and you will quickly discover that he has plenty of stories, facts and favourite places to share!
