Delivery of Products
Product availability:
Mobile Light Box constantly tries to keep the data and stock of our products as displayed in our webshop updated. Regarding the availability of the products displayed, there are 3 most common situations:
- The product is available in stock, so the processing and delivery time of an order can vary between 2 and 7 working days, depending on the complexity and processing time chosen.
- The product or product variation is not available, in this case the product cannot be purchased directly from stock. Please contact us for viable solutions and alternatives.
- Some products can be purchased on “back order”, including a remark with the estimate time of delivery in our warehouse.
Order processing
We will start processing your order immediately after we received your payment.
Pick-up of goods:
The Mobile Light Boxes, textile prints, accessories and spare parts are ready for pick-up when you receive an e-mail from our webshop stating ‘ready for pick up’. Please mention your Mobile Light Box # order number with the pick-up. The working hours for personal pick-up are from Monday to Friday between 09.00-17.00u. Collection can be done at:

Delivery in The Netherlands
Mobile Light Box will use a courier to deliver within The Netherlands. No tracking number can be provided with this service. This transport option will automatically be chosen at checkout by entering the Dutch shipping address and the delivery option. Prices may vary based on market conditions in the transportation industry, therefore an estimation is only valid for one week.
Delivery within the European Union
Mobile Light Box has Seabourne Logistics as our transport partner for shipments within the EU. This transport option will automatically be chosen at checkout by entering the EU shipping address and the delivery option. Prices may vary based on market conditions in the transportation industry, therefore an estimation is only valid for one week. Delivery worldwide/outside the EU:
Mobile Light Box delivers in the rest of the world only in consultation with the customer. Prices may vary based on market conditions in the transportation industry, therefore an estimation is only valid for one week.
Processing of Orders
Modifying an order
If you wish to modify a placed order, send us an e-mail: info@mobilelightbox.eu
We will help you in any way possible.
Unfortunately, if your banner or special project is already in production or has been completed, we will not be able to change your order anymore. We will than start a new order for you.
Return of products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of the hardware product, you are able to return the products. If the item is returned in the original box, in unused condition, we will exchange it, offer you a refund or coupon for your next purchase. The product must be returned to the warehouse at your digression within 14 calendar days of purchase date. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
Mobile Light Box constantly strives to ensure that the information and characteristics of the products presented on the site are correct and constantly updated. If you received a product from Mobile Light Box which is different from the description displayed on the website or has inconsistencies or visible defects, please send us a video and/or photos so we can look at it and help you find a solution. When we agree with the defect, you can return or exchange it.
It is not possible to return the following purchased products, unless all parties have agreed otherwise:
– products with extended warranty.
– custom prints made according to confirmed production sketches from the customer.
– permanently customized products at the customer’s request.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do this in your account.
An order cannot be cancelled if it has been previously confirmed and the production of the ordered banners or special project is in progress or has been completed.
The amount paid in advance will be refunded to the beneficiary’s account within a maximum of 30 working days, provided that we have the correct financial information.
